Spring 2009 school donation counts
List of all schools and food banks that reported in with results of food donations raised. If your
school helped out this year and your name is not included, e-mail Dan Kahn with info to be added.

Total States: 21

Total Poundage: 1,415,554 pounds

Preliminary results for the 2008-2009 college year are now available - 21 states had participants send reports in of food raising efforts for a total of 1,415,554 pounds of donated food to help feed the hungry. These initial results will be augmented by more reports from several other states and food banks within the next few weeks. The following are the results state by state:

In spite of the recent economic hardships across the nation, the results show continued growth in the efforts of STUFH to help feed the needy in all areas.

Auburn University - 212,199 pounds.
University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa - 270,915 pounds.

North Arizona University at Flagstaff - 3,841 pounds.
University of Arizona - 3,771 pounds of food and over 10,000 pounds of clothing.

Arkansas
University of Arkansas at Fayetteville - 38,000 pounds donated by Tyson Foods.

University of San Diego - 694 pounds
UCLA and USC, LA - 55,964 pounds
